You may return a product purchased from Kulabyte on this website in any of the following instances:

PRODUCT RETURN WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON

For any reason whatsoever within 15 days of purchasing the product from Kulabyte. For product returns, PROVIDED you return the product, the product package and all other items in the package with your order confirmation and invoice to us within 15 days of purchasing it we will credit you with a full refund (excluding shipping).

If the product was delivered to you by Electronic Software Download ("ESD"), then PROVIDED you contact us within 15 days of receipt and provide us with your order confirmation and invoice or other proof of purchase, we will credit you with a full refund.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY

The product does not provide the facilities and functions generally described in the documentation accompanying the product and/or the product, the documentation and/or any hardware lock or other copy protection device accompanying the product is defective under normal use. PROVIDED you return the defective product, documentation or copy protection device (as the case may be) with a copy of your order confirmation or invoice (as proof of purchase) to us within ninety (30) days of delivery we will replace the defective product, documentation or copy protection device (as the case may be).

If the product was delivered to you by Electronic Software Download ("ESD"), then PROVIDED you contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide us with a copy of your order confirmation or invoice (as proof of purchase), we will replace the defective product or documentation (as the case may be).
